Blockchain Integrative Technology Solutions ("BITS," "we," "us") operates the BITS Field Coach platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

Account Information: When your company registers for Field Coach, we collect company name, contact email, and login credentials.
Usage Data: Questions asked, photos submitted, response ratings, and session metadata to improve AI accuracy and knowledge base quality.
Device Information: Browser type, device type (phone, tablet, smart glasses), and connection metadata for service optimization.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain Field Coach AI services
- Improve AI accuracy through knowledge gap detection and response quality analysis
- Generate aggregate, anonymized analytics for platform improvement
- Provide supervisor dashboards and reporting to your company administrators
- Communicate service updates and security notices
3. Data Sovereignty
BITS is committed to data sovereignty. Your company's proprietary SOPs, procedures, and custom knowledge base content remain your property. We do not sell, share, or use client-specific proprietary content for any purpose other than serving your Field Coach instance.
For on-premise deployments (BITS Box), all data remains on your hardware and never transmits to BITS servers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data only:
- With your company administrators through the supervisor dashboard
- With AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) to process queries — subject to their data processing agreements
- When required by law or valid legal process
5. Blockchain Verification
Certain Field Coach interactions may be recorded on the Solana blockchain via BITS TRACE technology for compliance verification. Blockchain records contain cryptographic hashes — not raw question/answer content.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), session-based authentication, and role-based access controls.
7. Data Retention
Usage data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Upon account termination, all client-specific data is deleted or returned per your preference.

9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated to registered accounts via email.
